Star Energy Holdings, LLC was formed in early 2008. Star Energy Holdings, LLC will begin as a trans-loading station for bio-diesel fuel. Our trans-loading station has been built and is currently being installed. It will blend ethanol with gasoline to be trucked across the East Coast. It will be the first station of its kind in the area.
